- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They have horrible customer service and their products are cheaply made. I had to return a swim top TWICE! They refunded me, promised to get it fixed with no charge, and then went back on their word. When I questioned the owner of Knuckles (Aisha) about the promise made to me, she displayed a very inappropriate attitude, told me I should be satisfied with my refund, and that "we were done here!"
